Here is a track that will be a future release off of our site . The song is called Temporary Heaven Written by { Caravello } in May 1991 and recorded in June 1991 . It is one of those songs where i wear all of the hats . { Singing all of the vocals and playing all of the instruments . } I left the lyrics open , so the listener can read into it , for what ever they what it to be . Yes it can be about Cheating in a relationship , or just having an innocent affair , The lines > Those plans were written before we were Two < May give a clue . . This is a Track that is featured on our Random Tracks Volume One EP .. It's a cool straight up high energy Rocker that i performed on stage back in the mid 90's and just kicked ass on stage . and last year having it posted here getting 1000's of hits and quite a few downloads too . It is Eye To Eye Written by Caravello in Sept 1987 . And recorded live in the studio in March 1988 .. It has a tight 5 piece sound to it . And the lyrics explain the strength of communication . Without it we are all lost .. There are Two bands right now covering this Rocker in the clubs .. It does work great with a light show especially the ending where i borrow the catchy hook of my Rocker Lucky face .. So click away and enjoy ! Vinny !

WELCOME TO THE COPY CAFE

Here Ladies and Gents is another feature for you all . We will present to you cover versions that were recorded live on stage and in the studio back in the 70's and the 80's . We will be posting songs every middle of the month .... We ended up putting our own arrangements to most of these songs . Mainly because we felt we would never be able to duplicate the original recordings of these Classic Rock artist whom we were big fans of ..... So by the middle of each month we will be posting one of these covers for you to hear . If the songs get lots of hits we will encore them ..... The sound quality on most of these songs are fair to good . The instruments most of the time will sound clearer than the vocals . Only because , on stage we would have to use a makeshift P.A system . Plus we did not have monitors back then . So we did the best we could with what we had ..... We would like to thank you all for the great response these recordings have received in comments and emails . Thank you all for the 1000's of hits these songs get .

Here is a very cool cover version of a Cream song that appeared on their Goodbye Album back in 1969 . And now also appears on their Live reunion concert album Live at the Royal Albert Hall .. It is called Badge Written by { Clapton & Harrison } The band performing here is a band i was in called PRISM . We recorded this track on June the 6th 1976 at Queens New York City club called the Night Cap .. I am on lead vocal & bass guitar , Phil Velasquez on lead guitar , Chuck Polozzo on organ , and Johnny Nuzzo on backup vocals and the drums .. We ended up putting our own arrangement to it combining Cream's and the female rock groups Fanny's version together . Another words adding a intro and a ending .. The place was packed that hot late spring night with friends and family .. So take a listen . It's not bad for bunch of youngsters .. Luv Vinny !

Here is another cover from the same gig as Badge was recorded by the PRISM band . This one Was kind of a gamble for us to perform .. It is now known as a Rock Classic . BUT !!! Back in the Spring of 1976 only Led Zepplin fans knew about this cool song . It is called Thank You Written by { Page & Plant } . Most of the people in the audience that night never heard of it .. But we got a good response about it later . LOL ! People coming up to us , a few days later and saying > Hey , you know that song Thank You ?? You guys did at your gig ? I just heard the original on the radio . Not Bad !! You guys did a good Electric version of it .. That stuff was always good to hear .... Phil performed a very good lead vocal and guitar .. And chuck even though nervous play a great organ on it . It was a challenge for us to play . Tough changes . But i think we did pretty good for a young band just starting out .Take a listen and decide for yourself . Okay ? Okay .

WAVZ ACOUSTIC

HERE ! Is one of my fave features for this page .. About once a month we will post Acoustic versions of songs from our vast Wavz Unlimited catalog ..... There is something Sweet and Pure about an Acoustic Guitar or Piano or any other instrument . So yes we do have plenty of those types of recordings . And here is the spot where you will hear them . If any of these wonderful recordings get lots of hits , then yes they will be encored and maybe put up for sale . So i do hope you enjoy .. P.S We are busy making new recordings of some older & new songs just for this feature . Just think unplugged . And that is what you will get here .

RIGHT HERE ! ! WAS A SUPER ENCORE POSTING ! It is the most Popular song on our Website with 1000's of hits . The song is called For That One Moment .. Well it is time to give it a bit of a rest .... WE HAVE SOME FRESH STUFF TO POST . This is a song that is featured asnot only and bonus track house demo on our 1st lp release , but now also a Bonus Track on our new Live lp .. It is called Waiting For The Day Written by { Velasquez } in Oct. 1975 .. And here , recorded live on June the 6th 1976 In Queens N.Y.C by the Prism band during our acoustic set .. Phil on lead vocal and acoustic guitar , Me on bass , and Johnny Nuzzo on the drums { Kind of hearing it for the 1st time . lol ! } When this song was finally completed it was beautiful . This song is a demo recording of a track that will be appearing on our new studio album coming out in the late Spring 2012 .. Back in 1983 in between band gigs and recording sessions i took a couple of my acoustic songs and played small club and hotel gigs as a soloist .. This is one of the songs i took along with me . It is called Lets Have Some Conversation Written by { Caravello & Williams } in April 1981 . And recorded in March 1983 .. I use a phaze shifter on the 6 string acoustic guitar . Just in case you are wondering why the guitar sounds that way .. The lyrics were written by a former Atlantic Recording artist called Tracy Williams . Her and i had a beautiful relationship happening , and one day she wrote me a note . I sat to read it , and as i did this melody came out of me . So i edit the words into this song . And here it is . These are very special memories for me . I still know tracy. And her and i now are more like Brother & Sister . I love this song very much . Hope you like it too . Luv Vinny !

SO HERE IS A FEATURE WE ASK YOU TO BE PART OF .. This demo posting is a song that is a Pop Rocker with also a potential for a Country flavor added to it . It is called I'll Be Your Mirror Written by { Caravello } in June 1989 . and recorded as a 3 trk house demo in July 1989 .. My buddy Eddie Sycora helped me with this one adding 12 string acoustic guitar and percussions .. I played the electric guitars and electric bass guitar and did all of the vocals all along to a rock drum track . . About a week after a song would be written Ed and i would get together in my house and record all day . Great memories and laughs . I love the chord changes and lyrics on this one . It is called More Than You'll Ever Know Written in Oct. 1988 and recorded has a 3 trk house demo in Sept 1989 .. Once again Eddie Sycora helped me on this one . We both played Keyboards and acoustic & electric guitars . And i played the bass guitar all along to a drum track . All of the vocals are mine too . The lyrics are about all of the stuff loving couple will sometimes go through . There can be get togethers , and there can be breakups . And there also can be pleads for another try . Okay !!!! Here is our 1st posting of our new feature .. It is a song that 1st appeared on our 1st album release { The stripper Album } . It was a different version than this one . . This is very high energy and it was usually saved for a 1st or 2nd encore at stage performances . { You play this one , and that is it . The night is over .. } The song is called If So Let It Be # 2 Written by { Caravello & Sycoras } in August 1977 and rearranged in Feb. 1981 . This recording was made by the 2nd Wavz lineup in March 1981 at a rehearsal session . It's me in my Grinding Rock Voice . . And it is now released as a Bonus Track off of our new live album ..
